Cultural & Promotional Grant

 PURPOSE:

The City of Indian Wells recognizes the intrinsic value of cultural and promotional events and/or activities and the role they play in enhancing and expanding the economic vitality and image of the City. Each year the City provides funding assistance to eligible organizations for the purpose of providing cultural and promotional events and/or activities that generally benefit the community.

Funding Applications: Application packets for the 2010/2011Cultural & Promotional Grant Program are now available. The City will accept applications from June 1, 2010 - June 30, 2010.

The City has revised its application to include procedures, eligibility and criteria in one complete document. Applicants are encouraged to review the application packet in its entirety prior to beginning application process. Pages marked at the bottom with “Application” must be submitted with all required attachments. Incomplete application packets will not be accepted.

The application form is available in Word as a Form. Please DOWNLOAD and save the application to your computer before beginning.

    * Applications must be submitted using the provided form. If you experience difficulty or questions regarding the form, please contact city's Management Analyst at (760) 346-2489 x 227 or grants@indianwells.com .
    * You may type directly into the shaded gray boxes on the form. The box will expand as you type. (Word Forms may not allow for spelling or grammar check but will accept a copy/paste from a word document which has been previously checked and corrected.)
    * To move through the form use the mouse or the Tab key.
    * The City encourages you to save a final application file to your computer for your permanent record.

**Please note, applications must be RECEIVED by the City by the 5:00 pm on April 30, 2009. Applicants will receive email notification/confirmation of receipt of application within 72 hours of receipt.
