Serve Your Community
Several commissions and committees have been established to advise the City Council. They are comprised of resident volunteers appointed by the City Council who serve without compensation. In addition, the City Council appoints residents to serve on a number of outside boards including the Palm Springs International Airport, Joslyn Cove Senior Center, The Living Desert, and Regional Library Advisory Board. Most terms are two years and begin on July 1.
